This page explains how Pulse handles personal data from our free tools and from messages sent to our Instagram or Facebook accounts through our app, Pulse Conversations. We kept it short on purpose.
Who we are
Pulse (joinpulsecreators.com) is run by Diego and Andrés, with our team and systems.
Mailing address: 3733 Westheimer Rd Ste 1 PMB 2124, Houston, TX 77027.
When we collect data
For our free tools, we collect the information below when you submit the form on one of our free tools (/money-check/, /workshop-plan/ or /freebie-kit/) and tick the consent box. Cloudflare, our host, also processes your IP address for security, as explained below.
Your full results and plan are not saved on our servers: they show on screen, and you can save them as a PDF.
If you submit the form, the fields listed below (including the score and questions you entered) are stored with your contact in Lemlist.
What we collect through our free tools
- Your email (required).
- Optional: first name, social handle, platform, follower range, the score the tool showed you, up to 3 audience questions you typed, and how you make money today.
- The campaign tags (UTM) of the link you came from, if it had any.
Please don't include sensitive personal information in your questions.
Why we collect it
To send you what you asked for, and to send occasional notes from Pulse about earning from your audience. Also to understand which tool helps creators.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. These pages have no ad-tracking pixels and don’t track you across other websites, so we don’t respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Who handles it for us
- Lemlist (email platform): stores your contact and sends our emails.
- Cloudflare (hosting): processes your IP address for security and to limit repeated submissions, for example with a counter that lasts about 10 minutes.
Messages you send us on Instagram or Facebook
When you send a direct message to an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page run by Pulse, our app Pulse Conversations receives it through Meta’s official API. It only sees messages sent to our own accounts, never anyone else’s inbox.
When our team connects a Pulse account to the app, Meta also gives us that account’s basic profile (its ID and username), so we know which account is connected.
- What we receive: the user ID Meta gives our app for you, your username or name, your message text and attachments, and when you sent it.
- Why: to show the conversation to our team, help us draft a reply, and keep a record of it. A person on our team reviews and approves every reply before it is sent. The app only replies to conversations you start with Pulse.
- Who helps us: Meta delivers the messages. Our server runs on Hetzner. We use AI models from Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI to help draft replies, so we send message text to them for drafting.
- We don’t sell your messages or use them for ads. We share message data only with the providers named here, to run the app and draft replies.
- We keep conversation records only while we need them to handle the conversation and our work with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Our current webhook store keeps only hashes (coded values made from incoming data), not message text or attachments. To delete your data, see Data deletion.
Your choices
Unsubscribe with the link in any email, or reply to us or write to [email protected].
To ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, email the same address or follow the steps on our Data deletion page. We act within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact while you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email on a suppression list so we don't send you more marketing emails.

The tools are for creators 18 and older.
Not advice
The tools are educational. They are not financial, legal or tax advice.
